Introduction

Cool, crunchy and fresh! The crab and shrimp play beautifully with the tangy lime juice and the nice crunch of vegetables. Cool, crunchy and fresh! The crab and shrimp play beautifully with the tangy lime juice and the nice crunch of vegetables.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled & de-veined, cut into thirds
    1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped
    1 1/2 cups of diced celery
    1 cup of chopped red peppers
    1 small scallion, chopped
    1/4 cup lime juice

Directions

In a large bowl add chopped imitation crab, add shrimp, celery, peppers and scallion. Pour lime juice over top and mix coating all ingredients. Cover and chill for an hour. Serve. This dish gets better as all of the ingredients meld. Must eat within 3 days. Great served with flax torilla chips!
