Edamame Dip

Introduction

This has a hummus texture. Great with Pita chips, tortilla chips or on sandwich. Super yummy. This has a hummus texture. Great with Pita chips, tortilla chips or on sandwich. Super yummy.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 cups shelled Edamame, thawed and cooked
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1-2 tsp chili garlic sauce (near soy sauce)
    1 16 oz can white bean

Directions

Put all in food processor (I used a blender) and precess until really smooth. Garnish with Cilantro and one grape tomato and serve with pita chips, tortilla chips or on a veggie burger.

Makes 12 servings of 1/4 cup
