Ingredients

1 jar whole dill pickles (crisp, refrigerated brads work best!)
8 oz low fat cream cheese
2 packages thin sliced sandwich beef

Directions

Spread softened cream cheese in a thin layer down side of pickle. Cover with beef. Continue until pickle is coated with cream cheese and wrapped in beef. Refriigerate several hours or overnight. Slice ends off and discard; slice remaining pickle crosswise and place on platter. Serve with toothpicks.
