Meatloaf ( 1 ) 1 inch slice /serving kec

Ingredients

    2 lbs. 90% lean ground beef
    1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
    1 1/4 cup skim milk
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dry ground mustard
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp ground sage
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    2 Tbsp ketchup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'F.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients (except for the ketchup).
Spread the mixture into an ungreased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Spread ketchup over the top and bake the loaf approximately 1 1/2 hours. This recipe yield 8 (1 inch thick ) slices. One slice = 1 serving.
