Garlic Chicken and Potatoes (Slow cooker)

Introduction

I work full time, so I just throw this in the morning and it is ready when I get home I work full time, so I just throw this in the morning and it is ready when I get home
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
    4 red potatoes
    8 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 cup healthy butter spread, melted
    1/2 cup honey
    lemon pepper seasoning.

Directions

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Cube potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Lay chicken on top of potatoes. Spread chopped garlic over chicken. Drizzle melted butter spread and honey over the top of chicken and garlic. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over top of all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 5 - 6 hours.
