    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 500 grams (remove)
    *True Protein Milk Isolate--Unflavored, 100 gram(s) (remove)
    *jello s/f f/f pudding powder, vanilla 2 serving (half package)
    *95% fat free Philadelphia cream cheese, 3 tbsp
    about 1/2 cup water

Directions

Blend in food processor, adding water to achieve desired consistency - makes 7 servings of approx 100 grams
