Italian Dressing - Sugar Free

Introduction

I converted a Betty Crocker recipe to make this dressing - I almost always have the ingredients when I might not have store bought dressing. I converted a Betty Crocker recipe to make this dressing - I almost always have the ingredients when I might not have store bought dressing.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 C Canola Oil
    1/4 C Lemon Juice
    1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar (any type will do)
    1 tsp Kosher Salt
    1 tsp Splenda
    1/2 tsp dry Mustard
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1/2 tsp dried Oregano
    1/4 tsp ground Thyme leaves
    2 cloves garlic, crushed (I use the pre-chopped kind)

Directions

Shake all ingredients in a tightly covered container and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Shake before serving. Makes about 1-1/2 Cups. 1 serving is about 2 Tbls.
