Rice Noodles to go with Salad

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    4 oz. Thai Kitchen Thin Rice Noodles (1/2 package)
    2 cups Broccoli, fresh (get it ready-chopped in a bag)
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 clove Garlic
    10 leaves fresh Basil
    12 kalamata olives
    20 or so Cherry Tomatoes
    salt & pepper & Tobasco to taste

Directions

Cook noodles according to directions.
Meanwhile, saute garlic and broccoli until broccoli turns bright green. Add a little water so broccoli can soften up some but don't overcook because that's nasty.
Toss everything together in a storage container. Use as a lunch side to make your salad digestible.
