Introduction

Here is a morning glory muffin recipe, that I constantly make for my mother, who just can't seem to get enough of them. Here is a morning glory muffin recipe, that I constantly make for my mother, who just can't seem to get enough of them.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups grated carrots
    1 large grated apple
    1 cup crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    3/4 cup raisins
    2 1/4 cup flour
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 TBS cinnamon
    3 large eggs
    1 cup crisco oil
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Combined the first 6 ingredients in bowl. Combine the next 5 ingredients in another bowl. Combine the last 3 ingredients in electric mixer, and ingredients from other two bowls. Put paper muffin cups in 2, 12 -cup muffin tins, fill each cup to the top, bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes depending on your oven. Makes 24 muffins.
