3 c cooked chickpeas or 2 (15 oz) cans drained and rinsed chickpea
1/2 c warm water
3 T lime juice
1 T tahini
1 1/2 t ground cumin
1 T minced garlic
1 t salt
2 T chopped cilantro
Great low fat, low carb dip. Makes 16 servings
Roasted red pepper hummus: add 2 roasted red peppers in processor. Makes 20 servings.
