Ingredients

    1. 1 1/3 cups leaf lettuce
    2. 2 1/2 cherry tomato
    3. 2 T. chopped celery
    4. 2 tsp. chopped onion
    5. A little less than a 1/4 cup of chopped carrots
    6. 21/3 tsp. olive oil
    7. 2 T. balsamic vinegar
    8. 1 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Toss ingredients in a salad bowl.
2. Drizzle on oil and vinegar dressing.
3. Sprinkle on cheese.
4. Enjoy!
