    # Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    # Blue Bonnet stick margarine, 2 tbsp (remove)
    # Salt Free Mrs Dash, 1 tsp (remove)
    # Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Garlic powder, .5 tbsp (remove)
    # Red Potato, 600 grams

Directions

Mix all ingredients. heat in pan over med high heat until desired softness.
