Introduction

Ingredients


    * *zucchini-1 medium w/skin-data for entire zucchini, 8 serving (remove)
    * Water, tap, 16 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * *Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 5 cup (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * *Del Monte Tomato Sauce (small can)-(1/4 cup), 1 serving (remove)
    * Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * *String Beans, 10 beans, 4" long, 1 serving (remove)
    * *Pasta, Barilla Piccolini mini farfalle (bow tie), 4 serving (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Garlic, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * *Chicken Bouillion powder [Loney's Fat free] 1tsp.=5.5g, 5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Add Oil to large pot. Toss in garlic and zucchini, cut in 1/4's.
Add water, bouillion, tomatoes, and bring to boil. Add potatoes, cut into bite-size chunks, onion, whole, green beans broken into small picesand spices. Simmer uncovered over med heat. When potatoes are getting tender, add beans.
