Flatbread Pizza

Introduction

This is a really tasty pizza you can make quickly and easily... It serves two or you can be greedy and eat it all by yourself! LOL This is a really tasty pizza you can make quickly and easily... It serves two or you can be greedy and eat it all by yourself! LOL
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Flatout Flatbread Light Italian Herb
    3 T tomato sauce, seasoned with italian seasoning and garlic powder
    2ozs roast beef (or whatever meat you prefer)
    2T green onions
    1/2 cup sliced canned mushrooms (about half a small can)
    2T sliced black olives
    4 slices 2% cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Put Flatbread on baking sheet and top with Tomato sauce. Next layer beef, mushrroms, olives and green onions on top of sauce. Lastly top with cheese.

Bake in oven for aprox 10 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown and crust is crispy.

Makes 2 servings. 1/2 flatbread pizza
