Ingredients

    *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 25 medium (remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Bragg liquid aminos, 6 tsp (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .75 cup, strips (remove)

Directions

In wok with small amount of oil, cook veggies; add cooked rice to heat through; add scrambled eggs and cook until eggs are done. May also want to include some minced garlic and ginger when cooking veggies.
