Wheat and Oat biscuts

Introduction

a moist, light, fluffy, whole grain pan biscut a moist, light, fluffy, whole grain pan biscut
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup Oat flour (put 1 1/4 cup oatmeal into a blender and blend till it looks like flour)
    1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (whole wheat flour will do)
    1 tsp salt
    11/4 tsp baking powder

    1 cup plain fat free yogurt
    1 cup 2% milk ( or whatever you like)
    1 small egg
    1 tbs molassas

Directions

combine dry ingredients and stir. Combine wet ingredients and stir well. Stir wet into dry and let sit for about 5 minutes so the flour will absorb the liquid. Pour into a nonstick, 8 inch cake or pie pan and bake at 425 for 30 min. or until tests done in the middle. should rise nicely, will be rather moist
