1 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 large egg
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 onion chopped
8 oz. mushrooms
2 packages brown gravy
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 5 patties.
2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add patties, and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove patties from skillet, and set aside.
3. Place mushrooms and onion to skillet and cook until vegetables are tender. Add gravy then return patties to skillet and cook 5 minutes or until throughly heated.
