Kraft's Updated Sheppard's Pie

    * *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    * Garlic, 3 clove
    * Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 12 tbsp
    * Cheddar, Low Fat, .5 cup, shredded
    * Red Potatoes (per potato), 3 serving
    * *Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables, 4 cup
    * *Flour, white, .125 cup
    * *beef broth, low sodium, swanson, .75 cup
    * *Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp


Place potatoes and garlic in large saucepan, cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer 20 min., or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Return to saucepan. Add sour cream. Mash untiil smooth. Stir in 1/4c of cheese.

Preheat oven to 375. Brown meaqt in large nonstick skillet. Stir in flour. Cook 1 minute. Add vegetables, broth and ketchup. Cook 5 minutes. Spoon into baking dish. Cover with potatoes.

Bake 18 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
