Millie's Macaroni & Cheese Casserole

Introduction

This is my mother-in-law's recipe and my all time favorite food. I've done my best to make it healthy but the calories are still high. I needed to calculate the recipe so I know how to count it when I eat it. This is my mother-in-law's recipe and my all time favorite food. Ingredients

    1 12 oz box of Darielle Elbow Macaroni
    1 cup of Kraft Mayo w/ Olive Oil
    1 can of 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 can of 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
    1 3 oz can of mushrooms
    1 8oz jar of pimentos

Directions

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the box. Drain macaroni.

Preheat oven to 375.

Spray a large rectangle casserole pan with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl mix together cooked & drained macaroni & all other ingredients until well blended.

Pour everything into the casserole dish.

Bake on 375 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
