This is a great quick meal for lunches or dinner. You can eat it on a bun or loose.
It only has 2 ingredients that you probably have on hand most of the time.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    14oz. Boneless skinless chicken Breasts trimmed of all its fat (weight is after cooking)
    12oz KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce Original flavor


Directions

Trim chicken of all fat then boil it in water for about 15 minutes till fully cooked.
Shred chicken with a fork, leave it kind of chunky.
Mix BBQ sauce with chicken. Serve on buns or eat loose.
(Buns not included in nutritional info I use lite wheat buns)
Makes 6 Sevings 4oz each
