Slow Cooker Chicken Gumbo

Introduction

This is an easy reipe, just throw everything in your slow cooker turn it on and go! This is an easy reipe, just throw everything in your slow cooker turn it on and go!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 4oz. boneless,skinless chicken breast shedded

    5 cups frozen or can corn ( if can drain and rinse )

    5 cups cut okra fresh or frozen

    2 8oz. cans stewed tomatoes

    1 cup chopped onion

    1 to 2 tsp. cajun seasoning

    note: If you like hot add tabaco sauce

Directions

Heat up slow cooker on high for about 15 to 20 min. then add all ingredients,put the lid on, let it cook for an hour on high. Then turn it down to low, for about 6 or 8 hours or if you trust your slow cooker over night.

You can serve this over brown rice or eat it like a soup.
