Introduction

This is our basic daily loaf. This is our basic daily loaf.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    300 g water
    500 g flour
    30 g sugar
    9 g salt
    6 g yeast

Directions

Put into your bread machine in the order the manufacturer recommends. We do it on the dough setting, shape, let rise in the bread pan, and bake in the oven 350F for 35 minutes, but it's fine baked in the bread machine, too. Makes a 1.5-lb.-or-so loaf, about 12 slices the way we cut it.
