Coca Cola Chicken with a Kick

Introduction

The classic yummy recipe with less of the ketchup flavor! The classic yummy recipe with less of the ketchup flavor!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
    1 lbs chicken breast
    12 oz can of coke

Directions

Place chicken into nonstick skillet. Mix the ketchup & worcestershire together and pour on top of each chicken breast and then pour the coca cola in the pan. Bring to a boil and then turn heat to medium and cover for 35 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and allow the sauce to cook on low for another 5-10 minutes until it thickens. Serve with rice and a side of veggies!

    This was horrible. The whole family hated it. All it was missing was the brown sugar and onion, and it would've been bar-b-que sauce. - 10/28/09
