Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 medium white onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 14.5 oz can pinto beans, drained & rinsed
    1 24 oz can diced tomatoes

Directions

Makes 6 1-cup servings.

Brown the ground turkey.
Add the onion, green pepper and beans. Stir and cook for at least one minute.
Add the diced tomatoes and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and let simmer for 12 minutes.
