Lemon Juice-3 tbsp
Old Bay Seasoning, 1/2 tsp
hot tap water-3 tbsp.
Whiting Fillets-18 oz
Butter Buds-1 packet dry mix
Arrange fillets in bottom of pan with skin facing down.
Pour lemon juice mixture over fillets.
Sprinkle fillets with Old Bay seasoning.
Cook for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
