Pot Roast with Red Potatoes and Carrots

Introduction

Pot Roast is marinated in Lipton Onion Recipe secrets mix of Water, olive oil, and Red Wine Vinegar for 4-6 hours.
Seared over the stovetop until brown on both sides

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Marinade
    3 lb Beef chuck Arm Pot Roast
    1 pkg. Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion mix
    1/2 cup Water
    1 tbsp. Olive oil
    1 tsp. Red wine Vinegar

    Mix everything into Plastic baggie, coat Pot Roast and refrigerate 4-6 hours.
    Sear Pot Roast in a large covered pan with 2 Tbsp. Olive oil until brown.

    6-7 Small to medium Red Potatoes cut into 1" cubes with skin on.
    6 medium carrots sliced into 1" pieces
    4 Large stalks of Celery cut into 1" pieces
    1/2 Large Red onion Cut into thick slices.

    Add Vegetables, seasoning, and 2 cups water (or more depending on size).

    Cook at 350 for 1 1/2 hour until done.

    Serves 6
