Bekah's Chicken Stir fry

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 T Olive oil
    1 c Chicken Breast Pieces
    2 whole carrots, peeled and sliced
    3/4 yellow squash
    1/2 onion
    1/2 green pepper
    3 garlic gloves, pressed
    1 t sea salt
    3 teaspoons Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
    1 T sesame seeds
    1 T Italian seasoning

Directions

Put Olive oil in skillet then add chicken to brown.
While chicken is browning, cut veggies and add to skillet when chicken is brown.
Add all seasoning and cook until veggies are the desired texture.
Serve over salad, rice or pasta.
