Farmer's Breakfast Casserole

Introduction

Ingredients

    Frozen cubed hashbrown potatoes, slightly thawed

    Grated cheese

    Cubed Cooked Ham

    Sliced Green Onion, including some tender green tops

    Large Eggs

    Whole Milk

    Salt & Pepper to taste.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. In an 8x8 inch lightly sprayed baking dish, layer hashbrowns, grated cheese, diced ham and chopped green onions.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, until center is set (about 50 mins). Let stand for 10 minutes, cut into squares and serve.
