Berry Sorbet

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups fresh baby spinach
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries, unthawed
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened blackberries,
    unthawed
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, unthawed
    1/2 cup forzen unsweetened raspberries, unthawed
    1/2 cup fat free soy milk
    1 Tbs. ground flax seed

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed, stopping ocassionally to press frozen berries down with a wooden spoon. Once mixture is all incorporated, blend at high speed for about 1 minute, until frozen mixture is consistency of a sorbet. Pour thick mixture into a small bow or custard cup and enjoy!
