Whole Wheat Oat Molasses Bread (Bread Machine)

Saw a similar recipe on the internet and made a healthier version, with a good amount of fiber and a little less sweet than the original.



Ingredients

    1 1/3 cups Water
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp Honey
    1/3 cup Molasses
    1 tsp Salt
    1 cup Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats Whole Grain
    3 cups Flour, Whole Wheat Pastry
    2 tsp active dry yeast


Directions

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order ingredients are listed.

Select Wheat Bread setting and Start.

Slice into 11 pieces.

Incredible!
I made this the non-bread mahine way with all the kneading and the oven. It was sort of sticky to knead, but after it was out of the oven and I had tried it, it had excelent flavor and was very bubbly. I am certainly going to make this again.

Oh good, I am so glad you enjoyed it! It always looks very sticky in the bread machine too, sometimes I add like a TBSP of extra flour to help with the stickiness =) Thank you for the great review!
