Ingredients

    1 1/3 cups Water
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp Honey
    1/3 cup Molasses
    1 tsp Salt
    1 cup Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats Whole Grain
    3 cups Flour, Whole Wheat Pastry
    2 tsp active dry yeast

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order ingredients are listed.

Select Wheat Bread setting and Start.

Slice into 11 pieces.

  • I made this the non-bread mahine way with all the kneading and the oven. It was sort of sticky to knead, but after it was out of the oven and I had tried it, it had excelent flavor and was very bubbly. I am certainly going to make this again. - 10/17/09

    Oh good, I am so glad you enjoyed it! It always looks very sticky in the bread machine too, sometimes I add like a TBSP of extra flour to help with the stickiness =) Thank you for the great review!
