Ingredients



    * *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    * *Squash - Yellow Crookneck, 5 cup (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Lentils, cooked 1 cup (remove)
    * *Brown Rice, medium grain, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

In large casserole, combine 1/2 c. cheese with remaining ingredients. top with remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 30 - 40 min. in a 350 oven.
