Ingredients

    4 C cabbage, chopped coarsely
2 C Ripe tomatoes, chopped, juicy is better
    1 1/2 C onions chopped
    1 C cilantro chopped
    1 avocado, ripe, chopped
    1-2 Tblsp garlic powder
2 tsp crushed oregano or Italian seasoning
    salt-pepper to taste
1 yellow wax pepper, chopped, optional

Directions

Chop all ingredients and put in a big bowl except the chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle all spices over salad and now put chopped tomatoes over the salad and toss. When chopping your tomatoes, make sure you use all your tomato including the juice from your tomato to put into the salad. Toss very well so tomato juices get everywhere. You can top with Broiled salmon flaked over each serving, chicken or bay shrimp are great too!! If you have leftovers, you can add it to vegetable soup for added flavor.
