Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, all visible fat removed
    2 tablespoons Olive Oil
    1 can 10.75 oz chicken broth
    20oz can pineapple chunks
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    2 tablespons brown sugar
    2 tsp soy sauce
    1 garlic clove,minced
    1 medium pepper, chopped
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Brown chicken in oil, transfer to slow cooker. Combine remaing ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on high 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.
