Ingredients

    4 links sausage
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 red onion
    1 stalk broccoli
    8 mushrooms
    1 tbsp Smart Balance
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Rough chop vegetables and slice sausage. Brown sausage on 1 tbsp butter. Add the olive oil and vegetables and saute until cooked.
