4 boneless/skinless chicken breast
4 tbsp of Kraft Miracle Whip Light
2 large boiled eggs
1 tbsp of onions chopped finely
1 tbsp of bell peppers chopped finely
2 tbsp of sweet salad cubes
Chop onions and bell peppers finely and place into the bowl with the chicken.
Mix in the remaining ingredients and you have the quickest lunch/dinner imaginable.
I like to pair my salad up with a nice bed of lettuce/spinach.
