* Sometimes I use tubes of herb paste. I find them in the produce section of my grocery store. There is an Italian version that has all of the listed herbs included in the mixture.
Heat the oil in a pan, and saute the onions and garlic until both are tender. Let the mixture cool. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Once the onion mixture cools, combine it with the rest of the ingredients. Portion the turkey mixture into 4 patties. I like to grill my turkey burgers. About 5 minutes on each side.
