Ingredients

    deli sliced turkey, Oscar Mayer 98 percent fat free
    appox. 8 black olives, sliced to make a quarter cup
    quarter cup canned corn
    two medium tomatoes chopped
    1/2 bag fresh espress 50/50 mix of spring mix and baby spinach

Directions

Wash salad mix and pat dry with paper towel, drain black beans and rinse, chop tomatoes and turkey.
Mix all together.
