Ingredients

    1/8 cup raw coconut
    1 dried pineapple ring
    1 Tbsp of macadamia nut butter
    2 slices of white wheat bread

Directions

Mix cocunut and macadamia nut butter together in small bowl and spread on 2 slices of white wheat bread. Place 1 dried pineapple ring on one slice of bread. Place 2nd slice of bread on top of 1st slice of bread to make a sandwich. Enjoy!
