1 whole chicken breast quartered, no skin or bone(4 pieces)
I can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth fat-free
3/4 cup white rice
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle the cheddar on top and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
