Introduction

Modification to Rachael Ray's original Modification to Rachael Ray's original
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    1 pound ground turkey (97% fat free)
    1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce

Directions

Saute ground meat until brown. Add vegetables and garlic. Saute until veggies are tender. Add sauces. Simmer 15-20 minutes.

Serve on hamburger buns (or Arnold sandwich thins for healthier option).
Also optional: sprinkle with bleu cheese and pickles.
