Teresa's creamed potatoes

Introduction

I love creamed potatoes.This is the low fat version. Can be used later for potato cakes . I love creamed potatoes.This is the low fat version. Can be used later for potato cakes .
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 medium potatoes , peeled or not peeled (personal choice)
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    3 or 4 tbsp of blue bonnet light margarine.
    Water to boil potatoes

Directions

Cut into quarters the potatoes and put in enough to cover the potatoes and bring to a boil in a pot on the stove and cook until tender, or place in a microwave safe bowl , add a few tsps of water and heat until tender.
Heat milk and butter together in a bowl in microwave.Drain water from the potatoes. Add the warmed milk and margarine. Beat with a fork or use beaters until smooth. Season to taste. About 1/2 cup serving.
