Ingredients


    * *Margarine, MELTED .5 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Semisweet chocolate, 2 cup large chips (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven 325 grease 9X13 pan.
in bowl mix together melted margarine, and sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda. Gradually stir into creamed mixture. Spread evenly into prepared pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips (and nuts if desired) Bake at 325 for 12-15min until cooked then cool and cut into squares.

  • Happily I have a similar recipe...you left the flour (1.5C ?)and baking powder (1 t ?) out of the ingredient list. I use fewer chocolate chips in mine. Great dessert! - 7/25/09
