Introduction

Jalapeno poppers are delicious appetizers and "bar food". Unfortunately they are breaded and deep fried. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 jalapeno peppers
    2 oz Weight watchers cream cheese spead (2 tubs)
    1/4 cup Kraft 2% sharp cheddar

Directions

Slice each pepper lengthwise, and rinse removing the seeds. You will have 4 pepper halves

Prepare the filling by mixing the cream cheese and cheddar.

Stuff each pepper half with 1/4 of the mix.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the peppers look soft.

Makes 4 appetizer servings

Note: when cooked, Jalapenos are losing their heat
