Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    0,5 cups of Oatmeal
    1 tbsp of linseeds, preferrably half with whole seeds and half with crushed seeds
    2 dried prunes, chopped

    IN SWEDISH:
    1 dl havregryn
    1 msk linfrön, gärna hälften hela, hälften krossade
    2 st katrinplommon, torkade och hackade


Directions

Makes one portion.
Mix all the ingredients with 1 cup of water, boil for half a minute whilst stirring.
Let it sit for 1 minute, and then mix in
1/2 tbsp of honey. Pour on 0,5 cup of skimmed milk on top and serve.

Yummy!

For variation, the prunes can be swapped for sultanas, and the honey for jam.

Tip for cleaning the pot: Pour in cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes before washing the pot.

IN SWEDISH:
1 portion
Blanda alla ingredienserna med 2,5 dl vatten.
Koka i en minut medans du rör om i kastrullen.
Låt gröten stå i en minut, och blanda in en halv matsked honung.
Servera med en deciliter kall lättmjölk.

Gott!

Som variation kan katrinplommonen bytas ut mot russin, och honungen mot sylt.

Tips för att diska kastrullen: Fyll den med kallt vatten och låt den stå i 5 minuter innan du diskar den. Då lossnar gröten lättare.
