11 oz. macaroni, uncooked
4 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 TB flour
1 1/3 c chopped onion
1/3 c butter
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2. add milk and macaroni to saucepan and bring to boil. reduce heat and cover. simmer for 15 min. or until pasta is tender
3. add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
