Introduction

To be used with "my vinaigrette" To be used with "my vinaigrette"
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    Radishes, 1 cup slices (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Arugula, 1 cup (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)

Directions

Chop and assemble on a platter
Add other ingredients as are seasonally available.
Dress with "My Vinaigrette"
