Kurneckc's Chicken Veggie Casserole

Introduction

Ingredients

    Lemon Pepper with NO SALT
    1 tsp thyme
    1tsp sage
    2 med onions
    3 half chicken breasts no bone or skin
    2 medium onions
    2 cups zuchini chopped
    2 cups baby carrots
    green onions
    2 can 98 percent fat free cream of chicken soup
    cloves of garlic to taste
    2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
    tomato
    2 cups spinich

Directions

Cut chicken breast into strips or squares
fry in a pan with garlic, chopped onions, and tomato in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Once chicken is fully cooked, add chopped veggies, and cooked chicken mixture to a 13 x 9 inch casserole that has been greased with spray olive oil.

Mix the cream chicken soup with water and pour over mixture

Bake in a 13 x 9 glass casserole at 350 for about an hour
