IntroductionThis is how I prepare zucchinis. This is how I prepare zucchinis.
2 cups chopped zucchini
˝ cup chopped onion
˝ chopped bell pepper
2 plum tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Then add green peppers. Sauté for two additional minutes.
Then add zucchini and sauté for two additional minutes.
Then add tomatoes and garlic and sauté for four for minutes or until zucchini are tender.
Serve as side dish to main protein.
