This is a variation of a recipe for mini-meatloaves, only this time I did them as medium sized meatballs. This recipe is halved, so it could be doubled.Pair with pasta and sauce and veggies or with rice and veggies and a dab of gravy. I'm planning to freeze and pair them with whatever suits me that day. Ingredients

1/2 lb ground beef (I used 8% fat in this recipe and the calculations)
1 medium egg
1/4 cup oatmeal (I used Quaker Old Fashioned oats)
1 tbsp dried onion flakes (if you have the real thing, use it).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make 10 medium sized meatballs.
Directions
Bake 40-45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
