Ingredients

    I used a rib end boneless pork roast. For gravy, skim fat from cooking juices. Measure 1 1/2 cups of the juices. Stir 1/2 cup cold water into 1/4 cup all purpose flour and then stir in reserved juices. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook 1 minute more.

Directions
